Our comprehensive outpatient program is designed to provide individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse with the tools and support necessary for long-term recovery. Our team of experienced professionals offers a range of services, including individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and medication management.
Programs Outline
ASAM Level 1: Outpatient Treatment
- Low-intensity treatment for individuals with mild substance use disorders
- Services: individual therapy, group therapy, addiction education, case management
ASAM Level 2.1: Intensive Outpatient Treatment
- Medically monitored detoxification and intensive therapeutic interventions
- Services: medical detoxification, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, medication-assisted treatment, case management
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program
- Medication management and monitoring for opioid replacement therapy or other medications
- Services: MAT services, individual therapy, group therapy, case management

Individual Therapy
- One-on-one counseling sessions to address underlying issues and develop coping skills
Group Therapy
- Group sessions focused on topics such as addiction education, relapse prevention, and stress management
Family Therapy
- Family sessions to educate and support family members and promote healthy relationships
Addiction Education
- Educational sessions to provide individuals with a better understanding of their substance use disorder and the recovery process
Case Management
- Comprehensive case management services to coordinate care with other healthcare providers, social services, and community resources
Medical Detoxification
- Medically monitored detoxification from substances, including opioids, benzodiazepines, alcohol, and other substances
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
- Medication management and monitoring for opioid replacement therapy or other medications
Medication Management
- Ongoing medication management and monitoring to ensure safe and effective use of medications with trained and certified providers
Relapse Prevention
- Relapse prevention planning and skills training to promote long-term recovery
Urinalysis and Toxicology Screening
- Regular urinalysis and toxicology screening to monitor substance use
Aftercare Planning
- Aftercare planning to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing recovery support services
Admission Criteria
- Age: 18 years or older
- Diagnosis: Substance use disorder or co-occurring mental health condition
- Motivation: Willingness to participate in treatment and recovery services
- Stability: Stable living situation and support system
Discharge Criteria
- Completion of Treatment Plan: Completion of the individualized treatment plan
- Significant Improvement: Demonstration of significant improvement in substance use disorder or co-occurring mental health condition
- Relapse Prevention Plan: Development of a relapse prevention plan and demonstration of the skills necessary for long-term recovery
Continuing Care
After completing the program, participants are encouraged to continue their recovery through our outpatient treatment program, which provides ongoing therapy and support.
